Orient Paper commissions Toscotec to boost performance on its Modulo Plus Tissue Machine in Amlai, India, to produce soft facial tissue; furnish mix is slush bamboo long fiber and hardwood cellulose

LUCCA, Italy , May 28, 2012 (press release) – Toscotec has optimized the performance of its Modulo Plus Tissue Machine located in Amlai – India.

The machine, equipped with a 15” Steel Yankee Dryer, is now producing an excellent soft quality facial tissue 13gsm at the design performance.

The furnish mix is slush bamboo long fiber and hardwood cellulose produced in this Pulp Mill located in the Indian forest.

This is the second Toscotec’s machine supplied to Orient Paper for the Amlai site: PM1, a section breast roll type, was installed in 1997.
