CHICAGO , May 2, 2012 () – Grains futures fell Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery fell 28.50 cents to $6.1450 a bushel; July corn fell 17.50 cents to $6.1150 a bushel; July oats fell 8 cents to $3.3725 a bushel; while July soybeans fell 18.50 cents to $14.85 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell 0.65 cent to $1.1287 a pound; August feeder cattle rose 0.02 cent to $1.5422 a pound; while June lean hogs fell 1.40 cent to 84.45 cents a pound.
