ELMWOOD PARK, New Jersey , April 19, 2012 (press release) – Sealed Air Corporation (NYSE:SEE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2012.
