Grains futures rose Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery rose 11.25 cents to $6.3925 a bushel; May corn rose 1.50 cent to $6.3750 a bushel; May oats rose 4.75 cents to $3.34 a bushel; while May soybeans jumped 19 cents to $14.41 a bushel.
Beef futures rose and pork futures also rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
June live cattle rose 2.10 cent to $1.1715 a pound; May feeder cattle rose 2.83 cent to $1.5225 a pound; while June lean hogs rose 0.57 cent to 93.22 cents a pound.
