CHICAGO , March 30, 2012 () – Grains futures jumped Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery jumped 48.25 cents to $6.6075 a bushel; May corn rose 40 cents to $6.44 a bushel; May oats rose 5.75 cents to $3.4125 a bushel; while May soybeans rose 47.50 cents to $14.03 a bushel.

Beef futures fell while pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle fell 2.05 cents to $1.2045 a pound; May feeder cattle fell 2.70 cents to $1.5182 a pound; while June lean hogs rose 0.33 cent to 90.40 cents a pound.
