LOS ANGELES , March 19, 2012 () – Coca-Cola Amatil is expected to give the go-ahead to buy SABMiller’s Fijian brewery, spirits and soft-drinks assets, which are worth up to AU$70 million (US$74.2 million), The Age reported March 19.

Coca-Cola, which is completing due diligence on the business, also holds the Coca-Cola bottling franchise in Fiji.
