LOS ANGELES , March 12, 2012 () – The Coca-Cola Co. named French fashion designer Jean Paul Gaultier the new creative director for Diet Coke in 2012, the Telegraph reported on March 8.

Gaultier plans to design a limited edition “Night & Day” beverage inspired by his past fashion creations and where the bottle itself will be in the shape of a woman’s body.

The designer will also influence Diet Coke’s retail concepts, website, and advertising campaigns. Diet Coke has already launched the first of three quirky promotional videos on Youtube featuring Gaultier.

The limited edition bottle will be on sale for four weeks in April in U.K. Harvey Nichols stores, the Telegraph reported.
