Marfrig Alimentos S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: MRFG3 and ADR (Level 1): MRTTY) informs its shareholders and the market in general about the Company ́s new organizational structure, approved in the Board of Directors Meeting that took place today, that includes a new operational unity, Seara Foods, and also the implementation of adjustments in the structure of its Holding, as well as in the Marfrig Beef division, whose creation has been announced to the market in October 2011.
The goal of Seara Foods is to guarantee an enhanced integration, resulting in more operational synergies in the poultry, pork and processed products segment of the Group – Seara, Moy Park and Keystone Foods – which will continue to operate with their respective own identities, while the changes in the Holding units level, they aim to underline the focus on strategic decisions.
The financial information disclosure format will keep the same segments pattern already practiced by Marfrig Alimentos S.A.
Thus, the Company ́s structure is configured as follows:
Marcos Molina: CEO Marfrig Group and acting CEO Seara Foods
Ricardo Florence: Vice President of Finance and IR Marfrig Group
Célia Silvério: Vice President of Human Resources Marfrig Group
Heraldo Geres: Vice President Legal Marfrig Group
