Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (Chevron Phillips Chemical) is pleased to announce that effective March 1, 2012, Tim D. Leveille has been appointed senior vice president, chief financial officer and controller, reporting to Peter L. Cella, president and chief executive officer.

Leveille comes to Chevron Phillips Chemical from Chevron Corporation, most recently serving as an assistant treasurer, where his responsibilities included oversight and support of global cash management and financing activities for Chevron operating companies worldwide.
