LOS ANGELES , February 2, 2012 () – The Association of American Railroads reported Feb. 2 that U.S. railroads originated 20,119 grain carloads in the week ended Jan. 28, down 19.8% year-over-year while major Canadian railroads originated 9,347, up 8.5%.
