PaperlinX Canada to transfer all operations to be traded under Spicers name; transition intended for completion within Q1

VAUGHAN, Ontario , January 9, 2012 (press release) – PaperlinX Canada Limited today announced that all operations in Canada will trade under the SPICERS name. Previously, PaperlinX had operated in Canada under multiple brands including SPICERS, Coast Paper, Roll-O-Vert and UpLinX Pre Media solutions. With this decision, the three Operating Companies in Toronto, SPICERS, Coast Paper and Roll-O-Vert will be consolidated into a single business unit within their current distribution center in Vaughan, Ontario.

The intention is to complete this transition within the first quarter of 2012.
