Grain exports from Ukraine fell in the first 19 days of December to 1.06 million tonnes from 1.34 million tonnes last month, according to UkrAgroConsult, Bloomberg reported Dec. 21.
Corn shipments totaled 817,800 tonnes, with exports destined for South Korea, Spain, and Lebanon. Wheat shipments totaled 201,600 tonnes, with the grain destined for Israel, the researcher said.
An additional 856,400 tonnes of corn, 148,000 tonnes of wheat, and 16,500 tonnes of barley will be exported from ports in the near future, UkrAgroConsult said.
