CHICAGO , December 8, 2011 () – Grains futures traded mixed Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 3.50 cents to $5.97 a bushel; March corn rose 7.50 cents to $6.0025 a bushel; March oats rose 4 cents to $3.02 a bushel; and January soybeans rose 1.50 cent to $11.3250 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.17 cent to $1.1960 a pound; January feeder cattle fell 0.25 cent to $1.4247 a pound; while February lean hogs fell 1.55 cent to 87.25 cents a pound.
