American Cleaning Institute adds Eric Schwartz, Henkel's general manager of Laundry and Home Care division, and Cynthia Bryant, Novozymes' director of business development and marketing in its Household Care division, to its board of directors

WASHINGTON , November 18, 2011 (press release) – The American Cleaning Institute(R) (ACI) Board of Directors welcomed executives from Henkel Consumer Goods Inc. and Novozymes as its newest members of ACI's governing body.

Eric Schwartz, General Manager, Laundry & Home Care, Henkel Consumer Goods; and Cynthia Bryant, Director of Business Development and Marketing, Household Care Division, Novozymes, were elected at the ACI Board's November meeting in Washington, D.C.

They are filling out the terms of former Directors Greg Tipsord, Henkel, and Anders Lund, Novozymes, which run through January 2012.

Member companies of ACI will vote on a slate of Directors during ACI's 2012 Annual Meeting and Industry Convention, which takes place January 30-February 4 in Orlando, Florida. The term of office for Board members is two years.

The Board also elected Joanne Thelmo, ACI's new Vice President & General Counsel, as ACI's Corporate Secretary.
