MINNEAPOLIS , November 17, 2011 () – Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. said Wednesday that it plans to buy 15 restaurants in Ohio and South Carolina from a franchisee group.

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The restaurant chain expects that the acquisition, if completed, will close before the end of the year.

Buffalo Wild Wings, based in Minneapolis, said last month that it expects to meet its goal of 1,000 Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants in North America in 2013.

Currently there are more than 800 locations in 46 states and in Canada.

Shares of Buffalo Wild Wings fell $1.10 to close at $62.50 amid a broader market decline.
