Wal-mart Stores, Inc. has acquired Grabble, an Australian mobile shopping technology start-up that created a point-of-service Smartphone app, for an undisclosed sum, the Sydney Morning Herald reported on Nov. 11.
Grabble’s founders, 29 year-old Stuart Argue and 27 year-old Anthony Marcar, have announced plans to move to Silicon Valley, California, in order to join Wal-mart’s digital arm, Wal-mart Labs.
