World Packaging Organization selects four winners of its WorldStar Student 2011 competition, to be awarded in Beijing on Dec. 8

International Packaging Design Competition organized by WPO (World Packaging Organization), attracted 156 entries from 15 countries around the world. Out of these, 152 were selected as WorldStar Student 2011 winners by the jury, including 4 WorldStar Student winners, 10 Certificate of Merit winners and 138 Certificate of Recognition winners.
This year’s WorldStar Student judging meeting was held on October 27th in Beijing, China, and was hosted by China National Export Commodities Packaging Research Institute (CEPI). The jury consisted of 3 representatives from WPO, 1 representative from Raison Pure Group Shanghai (France) and 5 Chinese local representatives.
The four winners of WorldStar Student 2011 are:
• Portable wine Bottle Packaging Design ‐ China
• ArthroCare – South Africa
• Contact Stack ‐ USA
• Integrated packaging design of wine ‐ China
The four WorldStar Student 2011 Winners will be awarded at the Award Ceremony to be held on December 8th, in Beijing (China). The full list of winners is available at http://www.worldpackaging.org.
