Colorado-based e-cigarette distributor Nicotek to have Metro brand in more than 10,000 retail locations in U.S. by year's end; company's growth has surpassed industry average, hopes to be top-selling e-cigarette brand by first part of 2012

DENVER , November 3, 2011 (press release) – Nicotek, LLC, Electronic Cigarette provider, supplies a cost-effective, affordable alternative to the current cigarette smoker. Based in Colorado, Nicotek® distributes their electronic cigarettes across the nation under the brand name “Metro®”. Metro e-cigarettes, commonly called e-cigs, are available in both traditional tobacco and menthol flavors.

Nicotek recently exhibited at the NACS show in Chicago earlier this month, and experienced overwhelming accolades from several regional and national retailers and distributors alike. Nicotek’s senior management team met with several national retailers in one-on-one meetings, which have proven to be successful thus far. Nicotek puts every effort forward to maintain the suggestions put forth by the FDA as it relates to electronic cigarettes. Nicotek does not offer flavors other than tobacco and menthol, and will not offer flavors as a result of these suggestions.

Nicotek has recently confirmed they will have Metro products in over 10,000 retail locations nationwide by the end of the year. This is due largely in part to the retail and strategic partnerships they have formed over the past year, and plan to grow and maintain these partnerships for years to come. Nicotek’s growth has surpassed the industry average, and has no plans to slow down that growth rate. Nicotek has hopes to be the top selling electronic cigarette brand by the first part of 2012, and they have poised themselves well to accomplish that goal.
