Protesters march to GP building in Atlanta as part of Occupy Atlanta, call for Koch brothers to stop financially supporting federal legislation favoring private, corporate interest

LOS ANGELES , October 27, 2011 () – A group marched to Georgia-Pacific LLC’s building in Atlanta on Oct. 25 as part of the Occupy Atlanta movement, WSBTV.com reported on the same day.

Protesters called for Koch Industries Inc. owners Charles and David Koch to stop financially supporting federal legislation that favors private and corporate interest or they would march, said William Marshall, one of the protesters, WSBTV.com reported.

GP is a subsidiary of Koch Industries Inc.

According to the company website, GP has about 300 manufacturing facilities across North America, South America and Europe.
