LOS ANGELES , October 7, 2011 (press release) – The board of directors of KB Home (NYSE:KBH - News) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.0625 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on November 17, 2011, to stockholders of record on November 3, 2011.
