CanWel Building Materials Group Ltd. of Vancouver, British Columbia, issued a statement on Thursday declaring a quarterly dividend.
The company said its board of directors had declared a quarterly dividend of C$0.10 per share, which is payable on Oct. 14 to shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2011.
CanWel is a Canadian distributor of building materials including lumber, hardware and renovation products.
