Indianapolis International Airport sees total cargo handled in July slip 8.6% year-over-year to 76,783 tons

LOS ANGELES , September 2, 2011 () – Indianapolis International Airport saw total mail volume for July rise 15% year-over-year to 106 tons, according to data reported on the Indianapolis International Airport website Sept. 2.

Total domestic air cargo handled at the airport was down 8.9% for the month to 74,204 tons while international air cargo handled was down by 0.4% to 2,473 tons.

Total cargo handled, including mail, domestic and international cargo was down 8.6% for the month to 76,783 tons.
