LOS ANGELES , August 23, 2011 () – Reed's, Inc. (NASDAQ: REED) announced today that it has gained distribution authorization for all Total Wine & More stores in the US for both Reed's and Virgil's. Total Wine & More is the largest independent fine wine retailer in the country and is the only major fine wine company to operate in multiple states. Total Wine & More presently operates 72 stores in the following states: CA, NV, AZ, GA, FL, VA, DE, NJ, NC, SC.
