RESTON, Virginia , August 12, 2011 (press release) – NVR, Inc. (NYSE:NVR - News), one of the nation's largest homebuilding and mortgage banking companies, announces the construction of new one-car garage townhomes and single family homes in Wickham Pond, an established master-planned community west of Charlottesville, Virginia. Built by NVR's Ryan Homes division, these new garage townhomes are priced from the $190's and are designed for homebuyers looking for high quality at a great value. The single family homes are priced from the $270's. Sales are ongoing now, with deliveries projected for late 2011.

Wickham Pond is nestled along the Blue Ridge Mountains, which offers a unique setting along with stunning views.
