Sealed Air Corporation (“Sealed Air”) (NYSE:SEE - News) announced today that David H. Kelsey is leaving the Company on August 12th to pursue an opportunity at a privately held company in the Midwest. Tod S. Christie, who has served as the Company’s Treasurer and a Corporate Officer since 1999, has been appointed to the additional role of Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 12, 2011. The Company has initiated a search to fill the CFO position on a permanent basis.

Tod S. Christie, 52, has been a member of Sealed Air's Finance Department since 1984. He was appointed Assistant Treasurer in 1988 and Treasurer in 1999. Prior to Sealed Air, Mr. Christie worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Christie holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia, is a Certified Treasury Professional and an Associate in Risk Management.
