Luiz Felipe Jansen de Mello resigns as Cosan's investor relations officer; Guilherme Machado, previously treasury manager, to take Mello's place

SAO PAULO , August 1, 2011 (press release) – Cosan S.A. Indústria e Comércio (BM&FBovespa: CSAN3) announces to its shareholders and the market that Mr. Luiz Felipe Jansen de Mello, the Investor Relations Officer, has left the Company to pursue new challenges. Mr. Guilherme Machado, previously Treasury Manager at Cosan, will now serve as the new Manager responsible for the Investor Relations Department.
