A new range of HDPE bottles for use with one of the UK’s leading budget nail polish removers has been produced by RPC Containers Llantrisant.
KK Toiletries are the brand owners of ‘Classics’ Nail Polish Remover, available in 150ml, 250ml and 400ml bottles from retailers including Poundland, Home Bargains and Poundworld. The range also ships to Sweden and Malta.
The extrusion blow moulded tall Boston cylindrical bottles are manufactured for Healthpoint on RPC Llantrisant’s Bekum machines. The neck on all three is a 24mm/415 industry standard size.
A version of the product containing acetone is supplied in a pink-tint bottle, with an acetone-free alternative available in a natural HDPE bottle.
After winning the contract to produce bottles for the ‘Classics’ range, RPC Llantrisant had to replicate the previous containers, to allow for an easy change of supplier.
RPC Llantrisant then worked closely with Healthpoint and KK Toiletries to ensure the process of developing and using the bottles went as smoothly as possible.
KK Toiletries also uses RPC Llantrisant bottles for a wide range of own-label nail polish removers available in the UK’s biggest supermarkets and beauty retailers. For own label products, KK Toiletries dictates the bottle, cap, packaging and product.
KK Toiletries was founded in 1997 and is based in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.
