United Continental reports revenues/seat mile increased approximately 8%-9% in March as passenger traffic decreased 2.2%, available seats grew 2.1%

CHICAGO , April 8, 2011 () – United Continental Holdings Inc. said Thursday that its revenues per seat mile increased an estimated 8 to 9 percent in March even as passenger traffic fell.

March traffic fell 2.2 percent. Available seats grew 2.1 percent in the month.
