China Cosco swings to 2010 net income of 6.86B yuan from loss of 7.47B yuan in 2009 as revenues rise 40.9% year-over-year to 96.44B yuan

HONG KONG , March 29, 2011 (press release) – FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS:

•    Revenues of the Group for 2010 were RMB96,438,544,000, representing an increase of RMB27,976,030,000 (or 40.9%) as compared to 2009.
• Profit attributable to equity holders of the Company for 2010 was RMB6,858,465,000 as compared to loss attributable to equity holders of the Company amounted to RMB7,467,812,000 of 2009.
•    The basic and diluted profit per share for the year of 2010 amounted to RMB0.6713 and RMB0.6713 respectively.
•    The Board recommends the distribution of a final dividend of RMB0.09 per Share for the year of 2010.
