UPC Renewables China, China Guodian sign 10B yuan strategic cooperation agreement to jointly develop, construct, operate 1,075 MW of wind projects in four Chinese provinces

HONG KONG , January 19, 2011 (press release) – UPC and China Guodian corperation singed a strategic cooperation agreement during the US-China Trade Event held in Washington D.C.

Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly develop, construct and operate projects sites in China. The projects, with a total capacity of 1,075MW, will be built across four Chinese provinces of the total investment required under cooperation is equivalent to US$1.5bn.
