COSMOPOLIS, Washington , January 28, 2011 () – After a four-year shutdown, a pulp mill is slowly coming back to life at Cosmopolis, near Aberdeen.

Workers are returning to Cosmo Specialty Fibers, and this weekend it will blow steam - sounding like jet engines - as it tests equipment, preparing for a start up by May.

Weyerhaeuser closed the mill in 2006, laying off 245 workers. It was sold last year.
