WinCup, headquartered in Stone Mountain, Georgia, announced that effective yesterday, it acquired substantially all of the assets of Cardinal Unijax, LLC, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, for an undisclosed sum.
Cardinal manufactures a full line of straws and stirrers offering a broad portfolio of features including specialty colors and printed wrappers. Cardinal is focused on end-user customers within the healthcare, foodservice and convenience store market segments. These customers value Cardinal for distinctive quality, service and innovation as well as its ability to provide custom solutions quickly for a variety of applications.
