LAVAL, Quebec , September 1, 2010 (press release) – Uniboard(R), a North American leader of manufactured engineered wood products, is pleased to announce that they have entered into an exclusive supply agreement with California Closets(R) for the manufacture and distribution of thermofused melamine panels for California Closets' Lago(R) collection for the Southeast United States Market Territory, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

Uniboard(R) will be the exclusive supplier of thermofused melamine panels for California Closets' Lago(R) collection of Italian finishes comprised of six color and texture paper designs. Lago's unique grain texture and elegant colors enhance all interiors and provide the look, texture, and quality of real wood veneer. This new agreement is in line with both companies' vision of setting the standard for their respective industries with extraordinary products offerings, exceptional quality, and design expertise.
