Paper distributors Antalis, James McNaughton to combine their two sales operations into one sales structure called Antalis McNaughton

LEVALLOIS-PERRET, France , May 17, 2010 (press release) – Back in October 2007, the Antalis Group acquired Map Merchants which included James McNaughton in the UK and Ireland. Over the last 2 years, we have together created an integrated UK warehousing and delivery network with gm2 Logistics, and combined our specialist experience in Publishing, Sign & Display, Corporate Solutions and Office Products.

Our regionally based sales teams currently operate under the separate trading identities of Antalis and James McNaughton. Today we have announced our intention to combine the two sales operations into one sales structure called Antalis McNaughton. This change would allow us to work more closely together and draw on each other’s strengths and expertise to add greater value for our customers including the provision of an industry leading product range with more than 13,000 items.

Whilst announcing this intention today it is very much business as usual and our customers are advised to continue to speak to their local sales team.
