It has come to Indorama Polymers PCL's attention in the Nation website that Eastman Chemical Company (USA) have initiated a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware against the Alpha Pet and IRP alleging patent infringement of their PET's manufacturing technology (IntegRex), as well as asserting a claim for breach of contract and trade secret misappropriation.
Indorama Companies have not yet received a copy of the complaint, and will reserve all rights until such time as we have reviewed such complaint. Indorama denies any wrong doing as alleged and will further inform you of any progress/actions to be taken by it.
