Dexco Polymers increases styrenic block copolymer production capacity at facility in Plaquemine, Louisiana

HOUSTON , July 23, 2009 (press release) – Dexco Polymers LP is pleased to announce that it has recently completed a significant investment to increase production capability at its Plaquemine LA facility. "The plant now has enhanced capability to produce a broad range of SIS, SBS and SIBS polymers at high levels of quality to serve our customers in demanding applications including personal care, adhesives, polymer modification and other end uses," said Chris Mudd, General Manager. Dexco Polymers LP is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary as a 50/50 joint venture of The Dow Chemical Company and ExxonMobil Chemical.
