HarperCollins Publishers launches HarperPop imprint for licensed pop culture brands and trend content; imprint debuts winter 2025 with titles from Dungeons & Dragons, Squishmallows, The Simpsons

New York, NY (December 4, 2024) – HarperCollins Publishers announced today the creation of HarperPop, a curated imprint focused on licensed publications, popular culture, and trend-driven publishing for both adults and children. Launching in winter 2025, HarperPop will partner with high-profile brands and personalities to craft unique books for their fans and communities.

HarperPop will be overseen by Dave Linker, Editorial Director, and Erica Sussman, VP, Publisher at HarperCollins Children’s Books, alongside Carrie Thornton, SVP, Publisher of Dey Street Books, an imprint of the Morrow Group. The new imprint will bring together bestselling backlist titles and new launches from iconic brands, such as Dungeon & Dragons, The Elf on a Shelf, FGTeeV, My Little Pony, The Simpsons, Emily the Strange, Squishmallows, YouTuber Jacob Geller, and a series with gaming company Bethesda, creators of Fallout, Doom, and The Elder Scrolls series.
