Albéa Cosmetics & Fragance presents its new refillable jar : Twirl. Refillable packaging is a trend that has grown strongly in the skincare market in recent years and is becoming increasingly popular with consumers looking to reduce their carbon footprint. The experience of reusing the packaging must therefore be as pleasant as possible. Albéa's Innovation and Marketing teams worked hand in hand to develop a concrete technical solution and an innovative gesture, without compromising on design. Twirl was born from the desire to create a refillable jar with a completely new gesture. The teams worked on the design of this solution, which is aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and eco-responsible. "One of the technical challenges was to design a solution that could be adapted to both opaque and transparent jars, as this meant being able to integrate all the gesture and cup holding functions in the most discreet space possible. This success was possible thanks to numerous exchanges between the Innovation, Marketing and Industrial Property teams" explains Franck Seguin, Packaging Engineer, Albéa Cosmetics & Fragrance.
