Design and production: printed advertising; sales: printing and packaging materials (excluding dangerous goods), paper, hardware, and electrical appliances, from Jiangsu Zhongcai New Materials Co., Ltd , for CNY103.68 million ( USD14.28 million ). All the companies are based in China .
