Valgroup serves Christmas lunch to 530 vulnerable community members at Espaço Social Dona Emília; employees from Lorena plants volunteer to support three-day event

In December, Valgroup hosted the inaugural Special Christmas Lunch at Espaço Social Dona Emília in Lorena (SP), a project carefully established and managed by the company for 15 years. The event took place on the 3rd, 4th and 5th, marking the first open lunch held at the venue, and represented a unique opportunity to connect with the community.

530 people were served, including children, adolescents and their families, all participants in the Space’s workshops and coming from a socioeconomically vulnerable profile. The objective was to provide moments of joy and support for these families, reinforcing the connection between Valgroup, the company’s employees and the community. And this was only possible with the help of volunteers.

More than 70 employees signed up to participate in the volunteer action, with 38 of them working directly at the event. All of Lorena’s plants were represented, showing the true spirit of unity and solidarity. Volunteers welcomed families, served meals and actively participated in all stages of organizing and cleaning the space.

For Valgroup, seeing the happiness on the faces of families and the engagement of employees was a reminder of the power of solidarity and the positive impact we can generate together. We remain committed to promoting initiatives that transform lives and strengthen ties with the community.
