Universal Truck and Trailer launches Roadsmarts Rewards
Universal Truck and Trailer, a J.D. Irving, Limited company, is launching its own rewards program. Roadsmarts Rewards is now being offered to current and new customers who purchase parts and services from any Universal Truck and Trailer location. The new rewards program will offer customers store credits based on monthly spends:
- 0.5% with parts and service purchases under $5000 monthly.
- 1% with parts and service purchases over $5000 monthly.
“We’re excited to offer this new rewards program to our customers at all of our locations,” said Stephan Paillant, General Manager at Universal Truck and Trailer. “We appreciate our customers and the loyalty they’ve shown us for nearly 50 years and are proud to offer Roadsmarts Rewards with those customers in mind.”
This new program has been rolled out at all locations. Customers who sign up before the 20th day of the month will have their purchases count toward that month’s credit, which they will be able to use the following month. Customers are invited to sign up by calling their local sales representative or in person at their closest Universal Truck and Trailer location.
