Ultimate BestCut is a standalone solution capable of integrating into Paper Cutters to help Operators work the best and most efficient way. As their Cut Buddy, it recommends the best cut sequence scenario and illustrates and animates the steps. Ultimate BestCut removes the tedious task of planning your cut sequence and removes stress from the operator. It will allow you to produce more jobs daily and ensure optimal turnaround time and reduce human error.
Ultimate BestCut is currently fully integrated with Itotec Paper Cutters. It also serves as a JDF interface to the Cutter in order for you to automate your jobs all the way to finishing.
In version 2024.1 of Ultimate BestCut, users can now benefit from additional functionality such as job history export, improved cutting logic to include grouping layouts, and the repetition of stacks of sheets for unusual layout types. Basically, this means more computing power and even better results for complex print work as well as easy print work.
The solution will be running live at the Ultimate Tech booth on an Itotec SC-137Z, a robust double-arm, Japanese built 54” paper cutter offering high-accuracy and a long-life. New functions have been added to these devices in pursuit of helpfulness and safety. The ease of maintenance and efficiency are also enhanced.
