Tecnau pairs its Revolution 50 roll-to-roll series with the Ricoh Pro VC80000 Continuous Feed Inkjet Printer, including latest Unwinder u50 and Rewinder r50, Zero Speed Splicer Roll 55, Revolution 50 Cut & Stack, TC 1550 HS Dynamic Processors

Tecnau is pleased to announce the effective pairing of its Revolution 50 series with the recently announced Ricoh Pro VC80000 Continuous Feed Inkjet Printer. This collaboration enhances the capabilities of both systems, demonstrating the compatibility and efficiency of Tecnau’s innovative solutions with the new Ricoh digital inkjet printer.

Among the most common finishing configurations for the VC80000 printer we name:

• Revolution 50 Roll-to-Roll: including the latest Unwinder u50 and Rewinder r50, with speeds up to 250m/min and supporting a media range from 40 to 350gsm.

• Zero Speed Splicer Roll 55: automates roll changes without stopping the printer, thus maintaining continuous production.

• Revolution 50 Cut & Stack: high-speed versatile roll to cut & stack, supports various configurations such as 1-up, 2-up merged, 3up and 4-up stacks, with variable sheet length features for automatic format change.

• TC 1550 HS Dynamic Processors: offers bespoke on-demand perforations and optional dynamic hole punching or scoring, suitable for multitude jobs in the direct mail and commercial print segments.

In addition, such configurations will be available on request for web widths up to 23 inches (584 mm) in order to align with and maximize Ricoh’s unique capabilities and application breath.

All Tecnau systems integrated with the Ricoh Pro VC80000 are managed by Tecnau Connect, which enables remote assistance, diagnostics, and data collection to continuously enhance print and finishing capabilities and monitor the customer’s production process in order to further optimize efficiency and productivity.
