Sodexo’s convenience business, InReach, has acquired Capitol Vending and Coffee for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition of the Austin, Texas-based Capitol Vending expands InReach’s service offerings in the Central Texas region. This marks the fifth acquisition by Sodexo’s InReach division in recent months. Earlier this year, the company purchased Five Star Food Services.
