Original Press Release:

PHILADELPHIA , Jan. 17 -- Rite Aid Corporation issued the following news release:

- Fourteen Lansing-area Rite Aid locations now offer local flagship beers from brewery in the heart of the Stadium District

Rite Aid Corporation (OTC: RADCQ) today announced an exciting new collaboration with Lansing Brewing Company , bringing a taste of local craft brews to its Lansing-area stores. Effective immediately, Rite Aid customers can now conveniently pick up two distinct and flavorful beer offerings from Lansing Brewing Company at select Lansing-area Rite Aid stores.

Lansing Brewing Company is renowned for its great beer, delicious food and incredible experience in the heart of Lansing’s Stadium District . By partnering with Rite Aid , the brewery is expanding its reach and making its exceptional beers more accessible to the community. Rite Aid continues to prioritize its investment in the Lansing community by engaging in local partnerships, supporting regional businesses, and offering customers unique and diverse options.

The two Lansing Brewing Company beer varieties now available at select Lansing-area Rite Aid stores include:

Amber Cream Ale – A modern remake of the original LBC flagship beer from 1898, Amber Cream is a beautiful blend of two classic beer styles. Subtle notes of malty caramel sweetness coupled with a creamy body make this beer light, refreshing, and truly easy to drink and appealing to beer drinkers across the spectrum.

Northern Escape IPA – Waves of citrus and pine dominate the nose with a hint of malt character. A subtle sweet biscuit/bready quality harmonizes with the bright hop flavors and a slightly dry finish.

A third variety, Sitting Lakeside, will be offered starting in February. Sitting Lakeside is Lansing Brewing Company’s new flagship lager and is the perfect accompaniment to any occasion. Light, crisp, and refreshing enough for the warm summer days, but with enough malt character and a subtle sweetness that is welcome on the coldest winter days, Sitting Lakeside is the perfect “go-to” lager.

"We are excited to bring Lansing Brewing Company’s local favorites to our shelves," said Alessandra Mian , Division Vice President at Rite Aid . "This partnership aligns with our commitment to offering a diverse and high-quality selection to our customers at the convenience they expect. We believe these unique and flavorful brews will resonate with our community and enhance the overall shopping experience."

“We are proud to partner with Rite Aid and share our passion for craft brewing with a broader audience," said Chris Ward , Head Brewer of Lansing Brewing Company . "It's an exciting opportunity for Lansing Brewing Company to reach more beer enthusiasts in the Lansing area in a setting that’s convenient to them.”

Lansing Brewing Company beers will be offered in a six-pack of 12-ounce cans. Customers should also be on the lookout for other Michigan local favorite brands in stores, including Vernor’s Ginger Ale , Better Made chips and Melting Moments ice cream sandwiches.
