DALLAS — PageDNA, a pioneer in web to print eCommerce for over 25 years, today announced the launch of its Bulk Orders tool—a feature designed to simplify complex, high-volume print order submissions.

With a single spreadsheet upload, users can generate multiple customized orders at once—eliminating manual entry and reducing administrative overhead. The tool reduces the administrative burden for print shops, makes ordering easier for customers, and ensures the timely and consistent delivery of customized materials across multiple locations.

PageDNA customers who take advantage of the Bulk Orders tool will benefit from increased time savings, flexibility, and consistency. It accommodates various customization needs, including different shipping addresses and personalized content. This feature is ideal for print shops that handle organization rebrands or relocations, specialized campaigns that require uniform marketing materials, and franchise support.

“With our new Bulk Orders tool, PageDNA empowers customers to accomplish what once took hours in just seconds—seamlessly processing large batches of orders with a single click,” said Steve Enstad, CEO of PageDNA. “This game-changing efficiency allows print teams to focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional services and driving business growth. It’s another example of how our relentless pursuit of innovation continues to redefine what’s possible in print automation.”

To use the tool, customers use the PageDNA system to develop tailored spreadsheet templates for placing large-scale print orders across multiple types of documents – static and/or variable. Using the template, print shops create an order submission that spans multiple items, baskets, and ship to addresses – doing the work of hundreds of clicks in a single pass. Once the order submissions are approved, orders are processed and placed into the workflow—just as if they’d been placed manually, but in a fraction of the time and effort.
