Great honor for GAW!
Our customer Liansheng Pulp & Paper (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd in China has awarded GAW technologies GmbH again with a large order:
The supply of the Coating color preparation system, Surface sizing starch preparation system, GCC wet grinding system as well as Wet end chemicals system for the new PM2 in Zhangzhou City/Fujian province.
PM2 will be another impressive coated board machine with 8,100 mm web width at reel and 1,400m/min operating speed – the start-up is scheduled for 2025.
Liansheng Pulp & Paper (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd was founded in 2020 and is one of the leading producers of wood pulp and virgin fiber-based paper and board in China. Its sister company Liansheng Paper (Longhai) is already a long-established recycled packaging board producer.
The customer appreciates the good performance of previous GAW deliveries (the latest in 2023 for their successfully operating PM1), especially the good result of our wet GCC and wet cationizing plant – in this area of expertise, other competitors fall far behind.
As matter of fact, it is already the third order for GAW of such a large package to this customer, because in 2013 we also delivered this scope of supply for PM8 at their sister company Liansheng Paper Industry (Longhai) Co. Ltd.
