We’re proud to see our Living Wage Programme increasingly recognised as a progressive and distinctive initiative. In September 2024, we had the honour of presenting our approach at the United Nations Global Compact Leaders Summit in New York. Now, a case study about our programme has been developed and published on the UNGC website.

At Royal LC Packaging, we’ve committed to ensuring that 100% of employees at our key production partners earn a living wage by 2030 – going beyond often insufficient local minimum wages. In this journey, we proudly collaborate with our committed production partners and with IDH – The Sustainable Trade Initiative, a leading organization in implementing living wages across global value chains.
The case study is part of a new "Case Example Portal" — a dynamic platform designed to help businesses worldwide access real-life examples of sustainability strategies and actions. While the full portal is still under development, our case is already live and available online.
