BOHEMIA, NY—The Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) announces that Kim Madigan of Madigan Print Consulting has been named Conference Chair of the 2025 Fall Technical Conference. Scheduled for Sept. 21-23, 2025, in Orlando, FL, the event will gather industry leaders, experts, and professionals to discuss the latest innovations and technical advancements in package printing and converting.
As Chair, Madigan’s expertise will guide a program focused on technology, production efficiency, and sustainable solutions, providing attendees with insights and practical knowledge to drive growth and innovation.
With over 30 years of experience in the label market, Madigan is known for her technical skills, forward-thinking approach, and commitment to excellence. At Smyth Companies, she led initiatives in sustainable printing, color management, and production workflows, positioning the company as a leader in quality and innovation.
A dedicated member of the flexographic printing community, Madigan has contributed to numerous FTA committees and working groups, shaping best practices in press optimization, label production, and sustainability. She currently chairs the FTA FIRST (Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances) Committee, where she promotes consistency, quality, and technical excellence in flexographic printing.
