Former VP of Sales and Marketing, Scott Roob, Steps into New Role.
Inland Packaging, a third-generation family-owned label and packaging manufacturer, is thrilled to announce its new Chief Operating Officer, Scott Roob. His decades of experience and proven leadership will be a driving force behind the company’s operational success.

Scott Roob brings over 25 years of extensive experience, not only in the label industry, but at Inland. Scott began his career with Inland as a Label Line Associate at the company headquarters. In 2007, he joined the sales team and started his journey into leadership.
Under Scott’s leadership, the sales team has continuously evolved to drive business in both new label types and new markets for Inland, while continuing to build partnerships with customers. His impact extends far beyond sales as he has been a mentor to countless colleagues, a champion of change, and an advocate for employee success, recognition, and well-being.
